Ordering
Orders are securely placed through PayPal and all major credit cards are accepted. If you prefer to send a money order, cashiers check, or personal check, please contact me to make special arrangement. I am more then happy to accommodate to your special needs. Please wait 10 business days for personal checks to clear before items are shipped.

Shipping
All GINGER13 jewelry is handmade to order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery after payment is received. This time does not include shipping time. For RUSH orders please contact me.

All orders are sent through USPS and will include tracking with a confirmation number. Shipping generally takes 3-5 business days (Priority). After your jewelry is shipped out you will receive an email containing your shipping confirmation information.

Return Policy
I hope you will love your GINGER13 jewelry, however, for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you may contact me for an exchange or refund. I will not be responsible for any shipping costs. The item must be returned within 15 days of receipt unworn, in original jewelry pouch/box, sent securely with tracking information and insurance. I will not be responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged during shipping process. All sale items and custom orders are FINAL.

Damage/Repair Policy
Please contact me immediately within 30 days of receipt for any damaged items and I will repair and ship back the item to you at no cost. After 30 days, depending on the damage, a small repair charge will be added. Please contact for repair estimation (price and time). I will provide a return address for you to mail your secured and insured package item to. I will not be responsible for any shipping costs or lost packages. Please make sure to send all remaining pieces along with a shipping address.

Custom Ordering
I am more then happy to provide my customers with custom-made jewelry. Please contact me directly prior to ordering so I can accommodate to your needs. All sales are FINAL with custom jewelry.

Wholesale Orders
Please contact me if you are interested in carrying Ginger13 jewelry. Current line sheets are available to be sent or emailed.

Jewelry Care
All metals will eventually tarnish, but to keep your jewelry looking new simply polish with a jewelry polishing cloth. Do not use any jewelry cleaning solutions as this might damage delicate stones and pearls. Avoid swimming, surfing and bathing in your jewelry as this might damage metals and gemstones. Carefully store unused jewelry and keep it out of direct sunlight.

Privacy Policy
Ginger13 uses security measures in order to protect from the loss, misuse and alteration of information under our control. All orders are transmitted over secure internet connections using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology. Should you forget your password, we will email you a new temporary password. Because sending information by email is insecure, we do not send your existing password. This is the best way to protect your personal information.

All Information given to Ginger13 is kept confidential. No information will ever be shared or sold.
